- Deposits may be required when booking appointments on the website and are NON-REFUNABLE.

- You are eligible to cancel appointment within 48 hours and no additional charges will be charged to account.

- If you are a no show then 50% of a service amount MAY be charged to the card on file.

When you arrive at The Glow Factory, you are required to sign in before your appointment

ALL first-time costumers are required to fill out consent forms for EACH service they request. This will help us better serve you by giving you the best personalized service depending on the information you provide us.

Depending on the service a consultation may be required.

Online Shop Shipping & Refunds):
Orders will be shipped out in 3-7 business days from date of purchase. Due to the rise of Covid 19 we will not be able to accept ANY used items. We will accept items that are unused for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. If you prepaid for a service and decide you want to cancel the service you may cancel for a full refund as long you do not cancel on the same day of the appointment. If you purchase package deals or services and they were rendered, the deal will be non-Refundable.
